Terms & Conditions

Visagram Immigration Consulting Inc. is a private immigration consulting firm registered and operating in Canada. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of the Government of Canada or any other government agency. All immigration and visa applications can be submitted directly through official government channels without the use of a representative.

2. Client Agreements

All clients must sign a written retainer or service agreement before any paid services commence. This agreement outlines the scope of representation, fees, payment terms, refund policies, and the responsibilities of both parties.

3. Accepted Jurisdictions

Visagram does not provide services to individuals or entities located in or operating from countries subject to sanctions under Canadian or international law.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is governed solely by the terms outlined in each client’s signed retainer agreement.

5. Decision-Making Authority

Visagram provides guidance and professional assistance in preparing and submitting immigration-related applications. Final decisions for immigration, visas, or permits are made solely by the Government of Canada or the respective government authority.

6. Client Acknowledgment

By engaging our services and submitting payment, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Privacy Policy

Visagram Immigration Consulting Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and store personal data only as required to provide immigration consulting services and comply with applicable laws.

Information Collected

We may collect your name, contact details, date of birth, identification numbers, immigration history, and payment information as part of client onboarding.

Use of Information

Your information is used exclusively for immigration consulting purposes, regulatory compliance, and communication related to your case. We do not share personal data with third parties except where legally required or authorized by you.

Security and Confidentiality

All data is stored securely, and only authorized staff have access to client information. Any documentation submitted to us (e.g., copies of IDs, contracts, authorization forms) is managed in accordance with federal privacy standards.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
